Membership
Welcome to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Arkansas. The Club pledges that it will make every effort to insure that the member along with the parents are provided with a positive experience in fun, learning, and personal growth. To insure this, it is very important that the member and the parents learn about the Boys and Girls Clubs and their important role in the Club.

It is every Club member’s responsibility to conduct themselves in a manner that will bring honor to their good name and that of the Boys & Girls Club. Each Club member must be mannerly at all times whether at home, school, church, the Club or any public event. Club members must respect themselves and others.

It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure that these guidelines are upheld by the member.
REGISTRATION & MEMBER FEES

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Arkansas serves youth ages 6 to 18 years of age during the School year and the Summer Program.

Membership fees are $75 during the School year and $175 for the Summer Program.

To become a member you must complete a membership application and pay the membership fee or qualify for a sponsorship/scholarship program (call the club of your choice under the “Clubs” tab for more information on sponsorship/scholarship programs).

It is the parent’s responsibility to pick up the member or to make arrangements for the member to be picked up from the Club each day by closing time.

LATE FEES
The staff at Boys and Girls Clubs are not paid overtime therefore, if you pick up your child/children after 5:15pm in the Summer and after 6:15pm during the School Year, you will accumulate a late fee at the rate of $5.00 for the first minute and $2.00 for each additional minute thereafter, UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE UNIT DIRECTOR. If you accumulate a late fee payment is due immediately. Your child/(ren) may not return to the club until all late fees have been paid in full. (Late fees may vary according to the individual club.)

STATEMENT OF POLICY
Membership fees make up less than 10% of the actual cost of running the Club. Fundraising efforts by our Board of Directors and supporters make it possible to provide our service to you at a reduced fee.
